Shipping Policy

Momo Shop offers free ground shipping on eligible U.S. orders of $60 or more before taxes. Free shipping applies to the contiguous United States only.

For orders under $60, a flat-rate shipping fee applies.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Processing times may vary depending on when the order is placed.

Shipping Rates

Ground Shipping: $8.98

Expedited Shipping: $18.95
Orders must be placed by 10:00 a.m. ET to begin processing the same business day.

Delivery dates provided for expedited shipping are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Destinations

Momo Shop ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

We do not ship to U.S. territories, Private Mailboxes (PMB), APO or FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

Momo Shop currently does not offer international shipping.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipping

Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are not eligible for the standard free-shipping promotion.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

Additional Shipping Information

Orders containing inaccurate or incomplete shipping information may experience processing or delivery delays.

Momo Shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Business Days and Holidays

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding company-observed and carrier holidays.

Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. ET may begin processing on the following business day. For example, an order placed after 10:00 a.m. ET on Friday may not begin processing until Monday.

Orders are not processed or shipped on the following observed holidays:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day

  • Presidents’ Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day

Additional processing delays may occur around major holidays or during periods of high order volume.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Select the tracking number in the email to view the latest delivery updates.

Registered customers may also sign in to My Account to view their order status and tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
