Shipping Policy

Momoshop provides free group shipping on all U.S. orders $60 and over (excluding taxes). For orders under $60, a flat-rate shipping fee applies. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing, depending on when your order is placed.

Express shipping delivery time is not guaranteed.

Shipping Destinations

Momoshop ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

We do not ship to U.S. territories, PMB, APO, FPO, or PO Boxes.

Currently, Momoshop does not ship internationally.

Alaska & Hawaii Shipping

Shipping rates for Alaska and Hawaii are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Additional shipping charges may apply and will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Additional Information

Orders with inaccurate or incomplete shipping information may experience processing delays.

Momoshop is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers.

Orders are placed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States (i.e. if an order is placed on a Friday after 10am EST, it will not be processed until Monday morning). Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following Postal & Public Holidays:
