At Momoshop, our hope is that you are always satisfied with your purchasing experience. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on any eligible order.

Please note: opened, worn, used, tampered, or damaged items are not considered eligible order. 

  • Currently, we can only accept full order returns. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at customerservice@momoshop.com 
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from date the order shipped.
  • If you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item.
  • There are no return/restocking fees. However, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. 
  • The return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.
  • If you are using your own shipping method/carrier, we will not be responsible for lost returns package. 
  • Express shipping costs are non-refundable. We will only refund amount equivalent to ground shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be processed with 3-5 business days from receiving your return. However, 
  • Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
